Brasserie Classic - Réservation de table

Ich war viele Jahre Gast hier (unter dem alten Eigentümer). Nun nach Jahren mal wieder vor Ort gewesen. Was soll ich sagen? Die Kurzform: war nicht gut! Schweinefilet zäh und trocken, Fertigsauce dazu, die Pommes waren so fettig, dass das Fett sich auf dem Teller sammelte. Der Beilagensalat war eher ein Witz: winzig mit einem Klecks geschmacklosem Dressing. Kostete übrigens 3,50 (damals war immer ein ca. 3 x so großer Salat mit genialen Dressing dabei). Man merkt, dass der neue Eigentümer recht geizig ist. Portionen werden kleiner und teurer. Inflation verstehe ich ja, das hier wird aber witzlos. Erklärt auch, warum der Laden samstags abends fast leer ist. PS: euer deutscher Rotwein schmeckt...

Really good quality, top service, super friendly, great ambience, unfortunately little change in food and recently velvet salad leaves in mixed salad, Corona due opening hours are clearly too short (17 21 o'clock), Schnitzel should be knocked off by the cook, not particularly tender, prices are unfortunately really too high, for that there are often offers for pasta and pizza on Sunday and Monday for a smaller price overall,

at the moment there is no pizza due to personal deficiency. unfortunately also no cocktails, which is being praised as a hanging sign. for that the other was well prepared and quickly. they also managed to start with the “Bleu” at the steak.
