We had not reserved but we were given a good table, and we were waiting for someone, stuck in traffic. Not once did they comment on the fact that they were full and needed us to order. We had an aperitif while waiting and the servers were all very nice. We ordered omelette, burger and OH WHAT A DELICIOUS CHOUCROUTE. I have never been to Alsace (home of the French choucroute), but what a wonderful dish that was. One of us had an ile flottante for desert and it was delicious. The day we went was very busy and quite noisy, but that’s what a brasserie is. The staff was good and efficient. Next year when I come back in this region I will definitely go and eat a choucroute there.
