La Bourse was advertising a set menu for 'Jeudi ' which was clearly advertised outside the restaurant. We arrived, suffered a small amount of disapproval for not making a reservation, and then ordered. We were promptly told that the set menu was not available, and that...what we wanted to order would be twice the price. My partner and I both speak good. French, but the waitress decided to speak to us in English. This restaurant needs to stop its false advertising, and needs to learn how to be kind to its customers.
We've been going to this iconic place for years and we can only agree with other reviewers about the quality of the service and food that has definitely gone down (but not the prices! . We had the traditional filets de perches and were disappointed by...the small portion and tastelessness.. Service was mediocre and rushed.. definitely far from what it used to be, hopefully will improve again
We went on the recommendation of the guy from the hotel where we were staying and the truth is, we went with doubts, since we wanted to eat fondue and we doubted that they would do it, but if they do, although it is not on the menu and it is delicious, the service was phenomenal, when leaving They said goodbye to us with chocolates, if we can we will return.
On y mange très bien , j'ai découvert que de nombreux avocats viennent manger à midi dans ce restaurant. On y mange de la nourriture traditionnelle et cet établissement de Carouge est surtout connu pour ses fondues au fromage délicieuse à 50 frs pour deux personnes. Je recommande cet endroit.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in der Brasserie la Bourse und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Schwergewicht liegt auf der für eine Brasserie typischen Küche: Fleisch von Rind und Kalb, frische Frites, Salate, Entrées vor dem Hauptgang. Aufmerksames Personal, einheimische und französische Weine.
I had lunch there yesterday, January 31, average bone marrow when cooked, but the perch fillets were rubbery and inedible. I asked the waiter to pass the message to the kitchen. No excuses, no returns when paying. Very bad experience which will not be repeated.
