We often come to verbier and we go back to beak for lunch with children because: the place is nice as the staff, the dishes are hearty and good and creative (a special mention for quinoa salad), suitable for all - children, gourmet, carnivores, vegan, herbivores. In short, there are for all tastes and also all portfolios. I do not agree with the comments on the quality/quantity/price ratio that is in my very balanced sense. I personally didn't find any more to verb. I must also say that: the situation is ideal for those who come down for lunch, the idea of the extra nursery is very good. The only flat for me is the absence of parking.
The service is bad, we don't care about the client until he pays. My daughter took a coke they used out of a machine: it was really bad so we refused it and asked us to get back one after we changed it. We were both paid! The burger is medium, the fries not cooked enough. Let's recognize the club sandwich is good. But all this remains out of price for what it is: ok we are to verb, but to take the tourist for a cow to milk, we must not be surprised that he runs away. and if, as was the case for us, the servers make you feel that your presence disturbs their tranquility when you are the only customers. We don't want to come back.
Unbelievably good food. I've found the prices in Verbier for most things excessive. But this place is excellent value for money!Staff are super friendly, service was sharp and the food was great.I had the slow cooked pork belly followed by the crumble and washed down with a couple of glasses of cotes de provences rosé and finished off with coffee. Everything was outstanding (particularly the pork and the coffee!) and the portions were ample (I'm 6'3" and 17st so don't take that lightly.) If you're in Verbier, definitely eat here. They do reasonably priced ski hire downstairs too! :)
We have a verber and eat very regularly in the restaurant. our last experience at the brewery the beak Sunday was pretty disappointing. Not only did we have to wait for 1 hour for a salad but the room was filled with strollers and children at the bottom of age, like a Saturday afternoon at ikea!our waitress was overwhelmed and had to manage unhappy and impatient customers to receive their order. Thankfully, there was nothing to say about the dishes! but a little coffee offered would have made all the difference.... Réservez une table maintenant
We go there often. the staff is foreign (not a problem in itself) smiles a lot, but has trouble getting ahead of the customers' desires: difficult to capture the look of a waitress, a waitress to pay, for example. this little energetic detail, especially that tickets are not put on the table before the time to pay. Pastry is good, but there is little choice. otherwise, we're very happy to invite our friends
nice restaurant, in a modern complex. It's a little expensive but good to verb and in times of holidays it's not to be expected to find cheap. The food is good. I think it's better to come eat for lunch than for dinner because it's more a snack brewery with salads, burgers and dish of the day.
