Cette brasserie porte bien son nom, car vous y trouverez de véritables plats de brasserie de très haute qualité, avec des spécialités du chef. Les deux jeunes femmes qui s'occupent du service sont chaleureuses et attentives. L'accueil est exceptionnel, la cuisine offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et la décoration de l'endroit est très réussie. One of my usual restaurants. Always a warm and dynamic welcome. Fresh products, simple and well-executed dishes, sought-after daily specials, fast and efficient service. Disappointing welcome by the lady at the bar. No courtesy, no goodbye or thank you, which left a negative impression despite the quality of the coffee. The experience would have been similar if I were a ghost
