Brasserie Le Grand

We were really glad to have dined here on our day trip to Leipzig in August The restaurant was set in a grand hotel with an elegant interior. The food was very good and we enjoyed the wine and beer. The soups were lovely,...my fish was fresh and tasty and the dessert brought us a happy ending. What made our experience even more wonderful was the delightful service we received from Andre (from Brazil). He was so friendly, gentle and professional. We felt so comfortable and at home dining there. Our meal here brings back such pleasant memories.

Had two times diner in this hotel. At the fancy restaurant and the fish was excellent nothing to fault it. A second diner at the bar a schnitzel that was one of the best ever. The food in the hotel is solid and very good...but the real Prize is the service that is I have eaten many times and always a great meal.

A wonderful place! Good and helpful advice on the menu as we are foreigners in this german city. Very polite suggestions when it contradicted to our routine and it was really sweet and sincere thought. We were very happy with food and hospitality.

The four of us had a very enjoyable dinner in a comfortable setting. Very nice menu well cooked. Attentive and friendly service.
