Brasserie Notre-dame

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent and delicate food prepared with fresh ingredients. I was in route to Geneva when decided to have lunch at this Brasserie. I could recognize the attention to details in everything, including the service. The cold soup of pea with mint was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and dessert carefully balanced.
