Brasserie Schiller

Wir hatten eine Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert für ein Mittagessen im August. Gemäß Auskunft war es nur draußen möglich zu essen. Leider bekamen wir einen Tisch gleich bei der Kasse und zudem mit Bänken ohne Rückenlehnen anstatt Stühlen. Nachdem wir zum Tisch geführt wurden, ging es wieder einige Minuten, bis wir überhaupt und nur dank Blickkontakt mit dem Personal, die Speisekarte erhielten. Apropos Personal: dieses war ziemlich desorientiert, eher laut (untereinander) und insgesamt vom Auftreten her unter dem Level der Brasserie Schiller. Obwohl wir uns ziemlich schnell entschieden haben (3x Tagesmenue, 1x Tatare) verging wiederum einige Zeit, bis wir bestellen könnten. Erst bei der Beste...

8.6.17Stopped here for a bier and repeated my order twice in German to the waiter who repeated the order back to me in GermanThen guess what he brought 2 of the wrong items, never noticed until I called him over and said, "Das is Nicht xxxx" which we ordered and you confirmed. Not even a clue how to treat a customer then he disappeared for next hour never once passing our table to check on us.Only gets a 3/5 because the bier was good otherwise should be a 2/5.the Doctor hit me with some LOVE and a HELPFUL VOTE!

We went several time to the Bar, which is very nice, right next to the opera. So we tried the brasserie which is very different, quieter and also very nice.Service was experienced and good and food was up scale for a Brasserie. Much better than Lipp in Zurich for me.I will certainly go back.

Kürzlich war ich wieder einmal in der Goethe Bar. Die Bar war sehr gut besucht und trotzdem war der Service unglaublich aufmerksam. So etwas habe ich in Zürich selten erlebt. Ein riesengrosses Kompliment an Charly, Peter und ihr Team!
