I was amazed by this restaurant! It operates in the style of Chipotle, allowing you to customize your bowl with a wide variety of options. The choices are amazing! The atmosphere gives off a vibe reminiscent of Atlanta - modern, well-lit, with eclectic décor that feels both upscale and cozy. The service was excellent; they were all very helpful and attentive, especially since it was my first time there. They patiently explained each option in detail. Brassica is a fantastic option for a fast, satisfying, and healthy meal! Located in Van Aken Market Hall, you can easily grab a meal here and pair it with a side of poutine from Banter, have some beers at Craft Collective, or finish off with ice cream from Mitchell's for dessert! The ordering process is similar to Chipotle, where you customize your meal as you move down the line, adding toppings along the way. my first experience here was not my favorites, but the management invited me back to give them another shot. the two experiences were really night and day. armed and the line was the whole way out of the door. I was initially discouraged, but noticed that they were moving quite fast, so that I would ride it out. I'm glad I did. Just let me say there are no pictures because a second I had a perfect brisket sandwich and pommes, and the next poof gone. service was also much better. I felt welcome this time. I would still like stronger Mediterranean flavors, but this is not to say that taste was not there. the fries were also surprisingly amazing. I'm back, thanks brassica for being right.

I used to think this was not a traditional restaurant, but I actually prefer it as a great fast meal option. The cold topping bar is fresh and tasty, and I love pickled vegetables, so I was happy to see pickled cauliflower as an option. The line was long, but it moved quickly. A unique dining experience for us. A made to order cafeteria line for Mediterranean food. I had a bowl, lentils, beans, greens, chicken, spiced carrots. My wife had a pita sandwich with greens, brisket and eggplant. They make their pita bread at the start of the line in a wood fired oven. Neat to watch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently fantastic. The pickled vegetables and eggplant make great toppings, and the tahini cookies are both unique and delicious. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

I have never had a bad meal at any Brassica restaurant. The food is always consistently good. However, I find that the bill is always a bit higher than expected compared to similar restaurants like Chipotle.
