a beautiful, stylish and historical building in bitburg. the rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. (the next family party will come. at the last visit we have tried the rich and cheap Sunday buffet, which perfectly filled our taste. all this in connection with a wonderful, freshly tapped bitburger, rounded off the visit completely. I have to forgive a little minus, because the individual feeding was missing. otherwise the very good service also corresponded to our expectations and fair trips. the current simonbräu is therefore another enrichment for bitburg and especially for us!
I dined at this restaurant two years ago after touring the Birburger Brewery. When I returned to Bitburg in August, this restaurant was at the top of my list to re-visit. Everything on the menu is good I'm sure, but I always go with the chef's special for the day. The service is excellent. Beer is of course, Bitburger! After dinner, you can go to the adjacent room where there is a beautiful bar area and relax with another Bitburger...or two.
the service accepted the order and after approx. The drinks were served for 7 minutes. a minute later, the food was served. cordon bleu and also the barley dish were not freshly produced and tasted accordingly. a demand for the overwhelmed young service was unsuccessful. in the nude dish with crevettes were served as a supplement half-raw potato slices.
