Meine Perspektive: Service war sehr nett und hat nachgefragt Apfelschorle war sehr wässrig Putenschnitzel war noch nicht durch, wurde dann aber ersetzt Schnitzel musste mit Salz und Zitrone nachgewürzt werden, damit es nach etwas schmeckt. die Bratensauce zu den Spätzle war leider auch wässrig und hat nach Fertigsauce geschmeckt. Schade Käsespätzle waren leider auch nur Spätzle mit Käse, das kennen ich so anders. Weihnachtsgruß aus der Küche am Ende Fazit: Leider war das Essen etwas geschmacklos und in meinen Augen nichts besonderes. Wenigstens hat es gut satt gemacht. Leider nicht das was wir erwartet haben. the best brewery in ulm, hands down. schlößle is one of the few places in the city, where they can get craft brews like ipa and chocolate stout, and their traditional German styles like weizenbock georgsbier are also incredible. I have lived a because very close to the place, but I recently discovered it again at the small brewery market this year, where sloppy head and shoulders were represented over the other 15 small local breweries. as good as the beer is here, the food and services are simply traditionally German, for better and for worse. (i 'd give the restaurant itself 3 stars- I am in the rule only there for the delicious beer) there is a large beer garden and a playground for child...
Wer gut schwäbisch Essen gehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Die Räumlichkeit ist gemütlich eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Die Portionen sind wirklich großzügig, hier wird wirklich jeder satt. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ein super Tipp, wenn man mal in der Nähe ist und gut schwäbisch essen gehen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Good food, great beer for an American looking for some hops in Germany. They were very accommodating, even found an English menu for me. They were out of the IPA but the High Five Hop Ale was excellent. Tried the Simcoe Mandarin also, very good.

Waren hier auf unserer Weihnachtsfeier zu 50. beim Essen. Es ist ein gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen, leckeren Salaten und mit zuvorkommender, freundlicher Bedienung. Da gehe gerne nochmal hin.
