Brauerei Walter - Réserver une table

Haben uns spontan für ein Abendessen auswärts entschieden. Unsere Wahl viel auf das Hotel-Restaurant Brauerei. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung wurden wir umsorgt. Freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Das Angebot der Speisekarte überraschte uns. Regional, frisch und saisonale Küche. Einzig dass Salatbüffet empfanden wir als ausbaufähig. Ansonsten Preis-Leistung Top. Mit Amuse Bouche und kleinem Zwischengang vom Hause offeriert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

der erste Besuch war begeisternd, beim zweiten besuch an einem Somerabend um 20.00 Uhr waren im Biergarten sieben Tische besetzt, im Restaurant 3. Ich wurde informiert, das keine Bestellungen mehr angenommen werden, da es sonst "zu viel" wird. Das entspricht leider nicht meinen Erwartungen, zumal mehr als die Hälfte der Tische frei war. Sorry, thats not my style.

a higher level restaurant but worth to dine there because the service and food is above level. Staff is trained excellently. good parking possibility off the main street.
