the location of the gasthof next to the brewery eichhofen is beautiful. motorcyclists on the road are very loud in the beer garden. we have come past the 3rd time on a hike and every time the service was grottenschlecht. it will run 4 operating forces on top of each other and secluded tables will not be cleared while the guests are waiting to sit. if you have been cleansed and you sit down, no card or similar will be taken without any need. the operating personnel is to operate the already occupied tables with the whole use. either you bring Buddhist equanimity with and very, very much time or you do not get back at all. there are very nice benches at the brook, where you can eat your bread...

Wir waren in Brauereigasthof Eichhofen zu viert zum Silvester 2023. Wir haben uns für das vorgeschlagene Silvester-Menü entschieden. Es gab eingelegter Kohlrabi mit Belugalinsen und Kimchi. Dann Maronensuppe mit gerösteten Mandeln. Zu Hauptgang zweierlei vom Hirsch. Es war sehr lecker. Das Fleisch sehr zart und von guten Qualität. Obwohl das Lokal sich nach und nach füllte und irgendwann voll war, wurde das Essen zügig serviert. Wir haben um eine Pause nach dem Hauptgang gebeten, was respektiert wurde. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und wirkte nicht gestresst! Es war ein schöner Abend in einem schönen Ambiente.

Wenn Eichhofen wollte, könnten sie sich einen Stern erkochen: Bayerische Klassiker in zeitgemäßem Gewand und einer der besten Zwiebelrostbraten weit und breit. Saisonal, regional, darauf wird hier Wert gelegt. Vegetarier kommen hier ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten. Der Service mit den beiden Legenden Holger und Ronny ist ausgesprochen gut und man vergisst trotz allen gehobenen Anspruchs nicht, dass man auch ein Wirtshaus fürs Dorf ist. Es bleibt dabei: Der Eichhofener ist rundum zu empfehlen.

“There you can order from the map of every dish that tastes everything extraordinarily good!” was the resumeeof one from our smaller group. eight people, different dishes and all were very satisfied.The menu is not long, sadly there are classics, but also special dishes or ingredients. the restaurant is classic and beautifully decorated, not necessarily inexpensive but enormously delicious. very nice ambiente and good food where the eye is also host. a somewhat larger selection on the menu would be desirable, but is also an individual question. in all cases they drink the best beer in the big regensburg and surroundings.
