From the U.S. we were in Germany to visit a family member and tour the German castles and countryside. The staff was more than happy to accommodate our large group for a memorable lunch during our day of sight-seeing. The food was prepared expertly with German elements and contemporary European faire to choose from. In the states we would expect to pay 2 to 3 times as much for this qualify of meal and service at a high end restaurant. The host and hostess were welcoming and made us feel like family. We will most definitely return during future visits.

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The food is good, mostly typical of the region and prepared to a high standard. Although from the exterior the restaurant appears identical to thousands of others across Germany, it is always welcoming and the atmosphere inside is friendly and very pleasant. Highly recommended for classic German cuisine cooked to a good standard.
It's just great to return. The staff is super friendly, the cook with young, delicious ideas. A bit expensive, but for that you also get quality. Changing session dishes such as wild, etc. Beer naturally Riedbacher, but also the taste as you have a beautiful selection. Very recommended, enjoy in the evening and eat delicious.
