Brauhaus Gummersbach

Das erste Mal in Gummersbach Essen gewesen, und sicherlich das erste und letzte Mal im Brauhaus! Was hatte ich mich auf das Champignonrahmschnitzel mit Pommes gefreut. Schnitzel lauwarm, ölte ziemlich, Die Champignonrahmsauce sah schon eigenartig aus. So sieht keine Rahmsauce aus. War eine geschmacksneutrale schlecht gerührte Mehlschwitze, in der 2,5 ebenfalls geschmacksneutrale Champignons waren.Der dazubestellte Salat sollte mit Essig und Öl sein, war eine Billigsauce aus der Flasche. Ätzend! Hervorzuheben war, dass die Pommes geschmeckt haben.Fazit: absolute Enttäuschung!

This place is a traditional bauhaus in German style. Don't expect anything fancy please. Good is mass produced and not refined, is however really good. The beer is home brewed and really good. We also stayed at the hotel which is clean and reasonably priced. Gummersbach on the other hand is a pace where there is absolutely no atmosphere. I stayed at the place to do some hiking but besides the really nice nature there is really noting to do.

Location is quite okay. However, in a boring and deserted pedestrian zone. After 7 p.m. on a Friday evening there was hardly any life here. Nearby activities: Don't know if there are any notable activities in the district town of Gummersbach. Food drinks: I didn't like the food at all. Simply fried meals, small and tasteless. Way too expensive!! Service: 3 Location: 3

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Brauhaus und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Die Gerichte sind einfach, aber handwerklich gut gemacht und schmecken. Auch preislich kann man nicht meckern, ein leckeres Schnitzel mit Pommes geht hier für um die 10€ über die Theke. Réservez une table maintenant

Lecker und die preisgünstig gegessen und hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Empfehlenswert. Das Schnitzel war knusprig und zart. Die Zigeunersosse delikat. Die Pommes wurden in einem kleinen Frittierkörbchen serviert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend.

Immer wieder besuchen wir das Brauhaus, ob nur zum Mittagessen, Einladung mit Freunden, zum Haxenessen, der Bergischen Kasffeetafel - einfach gut, günstig, lecker. Und vor allem: eine superfreundliche Bedienung! Und das Bier schmeckt auch !!!

Nice go to place to drink fresh beers and enjoy the local cuisine. Friendly service and nice ambience. Must try the seasoned beer. If you don’t want to think then take Helles bier. Réservez une table maintenant
