Das positive vorweg: wir mochten die aufmerksame und nette Bedienung. Jetzt die Kritik ...ein Brauhaus, welches aus dem Namen kein Kapital schlagen kann. Anstelle das Brauen zu vermarkten, ist es vollgepackt mit albernem Schnickschnack. Nun gut, Geschmackssache ...auch dass hier seit Jahres kein Staub gewischt wurde, kann man mal übersehen. Das Essen ... gut und damit hört es schon auf. Gut ist, was ist zu Hause genau so hin bekomme. Dafür brauche ich aber nichts ins Brauhaus gehen. Von einem Brauhaus erwarte ich deftige, gut gewürzte und vor allem stimmige Gerichte, was hier leider fehlte. Der Geschmack war für die Massen gemacht, damits halt jedem so ein wenig schmeckt. Ich habe Ihr Café besucht und Spargel mit Schnitzel bestellt, und ich möchte meine begeisterten Eindrücke teilen! Der Spargel war perfekt zubereitet frisch, zart und saftig. Das Schnitzel war eine wahre Entdeckung saftig, knusprig, mit einer goldbraunen Kruste, die förmlich auf der Zunge zerging. Die Portion war groß genug, um satt zu machen, aber nicht zu überfüllen.Der Service war ausgezeichnet: Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und bereit, bei der Auswahl der Gerichte zu helfen. Jedes mal ein Genuss. Man kann dort in angenehmer Atmosphäre sehr gut Essen und Trinken. Diverse Biere und Fassbrause werden in der Hauseigenen Brauerei hergestellt. Die Portionen würde ich als üppig bezeichnen und das alles zu angenehmen Preisen. Als kleine kostenlose Vorspeise wurde uns frisches Brot und Schmalz serviert, was ich äußerst lecker fand.
