I visited Braum's on October 25th, 2022, and was quite disappointed with the service. The girl who took my order was not very helpful, and when I reached the pickup window, my order was incorrect. When I tried to explain the issue, she simply told me, "That's what's on the board now," then shut the window and walked away. This treatment was very upsetting. I am giving two stars because the food itself is good, but I hope they improve employee training to ensure better customer service. Unfortunately, the two girls who handled my order fell far short of expectations.
The only thing that is wrong with this place is a lack of (strong leadership and proper training). The staff are mostly young high school students trying to make some money to buy a car or to help their parents out while trying to get some on the jobexperience. I personally think that they are doing a great job with what they have been given. Braum's is a fast food In and outestablishment selling handburgers and fries milkshakes and Sunday's with a small quick pick food store added to the mix.
Today i ordered a #14 add mustard, onions and bacon. They didn't put the add onto the burger. I went to the counter and asked them to put some onions and mustard on it. They said they couldn't, so I asked a side of onions and mustard to put it on theburger myself. I was told no and the manager Melissa argued with me at the front counter, so I asked for a refund. She onlyrefunded the burger without the cost of the bacon they had charged me for. I asked for my receipt back and was also told no.
Braum's has a pleasant atmosphere and serves delicious ice cream in a wide range of flavors. The burgers and fries are tasty and satisfying. Although the prices are somewhat high, the overall experience justifies the cost. Situated just off a busy highway, the location can be tricky to reach. The restaurant is relatively small and could benefit from some updates.

Usually love coming here when we up this way. But this morning was very disappointing. Multiple KIDS working but very slow service, forgot to sweeten the sweet tea, bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper or towels. Step it up guys!!!
I had an excellent experience at Braum's today. It was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the generous-sized ice cream at a very affordable price. I also appreciated the market section inside the restaurant.
They were out of sweet tea the service was good but the table and floor was dirty I don't think it was maintained well enough but the food was good and the service was good
