Blu is fantastic! After a long day of training, I stopped by Braum's and realized I had forgotten my cash and credit cards until I got to the drive-thru. I tried to set up my mobile payment, but when I reached the first window to pay, my tap-to-pay option declined. I was ready to cancel my order and leave, but Blu didn't hesitate to offer to pay for me. I was genuinely surprised—this has never happened to me before—and I greatly appreciated her kindness. Thank you, Blu, for being so generous and thoughtful. I hope management takes notice of your wonderful service and recognizes you as well. Employees like you are truly rare. Thank you for all that you do!
We just went through the drive through and ordered six meals. When we pulled up the first window, we paid and they gave us our receipt. As we pulled up to the next window we quickly realized we were missing a meal on our receipt. We politely asked to add another meal at the second window because it was accidentally missed on our order. Our waiter went and got the manager and she acted so unkindly with severe attitude and told us if we wanted to get the meal we would have to go back through the drive through and re-order. She continued by mouthing and being very disrespectful. I would not recommend this location and the disrespect was unacceptable.
Everytime we go here which has been quite a bit, they always get something wrong. We have gotten probably 20 shakes from here and every single one of them has been completely watered (or milked) down. Like drinking soup. So it’s clear it’s the amount of milk to ice cream ratio they use, maybe to save money. Tired of getting soup for a shake. Will not be coming back.
