Brazilian Muscle Bowls (pacheco)

I do not recommend eating here. This place is good for açaí bowls only. I have many complaints. This place is advertised as healthy. But it?s not. All of the healthy options on the menu are crossed off. Nothing about their bread or meats or cheese is healthy. Everything is OVER SALTED including these sweet potatoes that I got and drenched in dirty oil. Extremely over priced. I would compare the bread on their burgers to ?off brand bulk bought hamburger buns at winco?. I asked what healthy bread options they had and the cashier said ?we use regular bread? the açaí in the bowls themselves is super sweet and the bowls are overpriced compared to better places like rio. Service is slow. Attempted to get an employees attention and was told ?hold on? for about 10 minutes, because the employees were chatting about work.... Never again will I waste my money here

I ordered a muscle bowl, and because I'm a special order kind of gal, I got it with beef, sweet potato and ALL of the veggies. To accompany my yummy dish, I ordered a carrot juice. The staff is incredibly friendly, my plate was delicious, the sauce they smother the steak in is phenomenal. You should stop by and give this place a try, I think you'll be impressed. It's a contemporary health food restaurant, I wish we had more of them.

I like their protein pancakes, poke shots and wellness shots. Today I tried her turkeyburger and sweet potatoes. The turkey burger was delicious and juicy and the sweet potatoes flavored and boiled exactly right.

Really great bowls. I got the Gorilla Bowl. Fresh fruit and other ingredients. It's a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Nice reggae music. I'll definitely be back.
