This place is a hidden gem in Tours and the staff are very friendly. We recommend that you make an appointment but we just showed up and got a quick tour of the cave for free and a wine sampling (bought three bottles based on it). The cave is really interesting, the gentleman that gave us the tour explained how the wine is made, stored and the difference between each wine. It was really interesting and informative. If you have an interest in good wine or just enjoy drinking, it I'd recommend going for a visit.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment à déguster du vin aujourd'hui chez Bredif Marc ! Nous avons deviné qu'ils étaient ouverts et avons fait le voyage à vélo depuis Tours. Natalie était extrêmement serviable et connaissait parfaitement l'histoire des vins de la vallée de la Loire. Nous avons goûté cinq vins différents et en avons acheté deux à emporter. Une expérience formidable, merci Natalie !!
The tour back into their caves is excellent. They're massive! And seeing the thousands of bottles that they still turn by hand. What a job. They also have a small circular room of old (incl. pre1900) wines. I don't claim to know a whole lot about wines, but I really enjoyed their selection, especially the Brut extreme and anything with noble rot.
Sarah and Adriana treated us to an informative, relaxed and intense tour and tasting, with an exceptional charcuterie plate with local rillons and cheese, and even better wine. Can't wait to enjoy the wine at home and then again for more.

Great wine tour with friendly English speaking host. For 10 euros you get a guided visit to the limestone caves and a sample of approx. 5 wines. Would recommend .
Vouvray a toujours été un favori, mais ce sous-sol est un cran au-dessus. Des vins fabuleux et j'ai adoré les sours et les dégustations. Fascinant !
