Upon entering the restaurant, we were quickly seated. We informed our server that we wanted to sample a few wine flights, and he said he would notify the bartender. However, it took 15 minutes for her to come to our table. After another 10 minutes, we finally received our flights. The wine itself was enjoyable, and we made some excellent selections. The pours were generous, and the bartender checked on us a few times while we were sipping. Eventually, when it seemed we were finished, the bartender said she would get our check. However, we ended up waiting another 15 minutes while she attended to four other groups and exchanged tips with them. Frustrated, I had to ask her where our bill was....
