Upon entering, we noticed that they had transformed an old post office, giving it a charming vintage feel. It was a bit disorienting at first, trying to figure out where to go, but the staff was incredibly friendly andhelpful in guiding us. The layout features a large bar upfront with dining in the back, which can feel a bit awkward for those coming just for the food. A more streamlined layout could improve the flow. We ordered our wings, and I initially thought they were a bit pricey, but I brushed it off since we were out for a meal with my father. I have been wanting to check out this one for awhile. The menu was surprisingly full of different options with enough to be unique and different than every other microbrewery. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. At first, I thought the bartender was in the weeds, but, over time I saw she was more concerned with hanging out with a guy who seemed to work in the kitchen. Instead of attending to myself and other bellyup guests, she came around sat down and ate. Another server was loudly complaining about everything and regular customers. Fabulous place. Their own brews are varied and well done. They also have many, rotating guest taps. Don't like beer.. they have a nice selection of wine as well. No kitchen but feel free to bring your own food. Tons of board games available, air hockey and shuffle board as well. Sean the publican owner? is knowledgeable, charming, and an absolute delight to talk to. If you are in the area DO NOT MISS IT!

This place has a good beer selection, but no food at present. I am surprised that it is very sparse with patrons. I have been here a few times, and it is somewhat empty? I would recommend this brewery!I hope this establishment can keep operating. Milton needs a comfortable place to stop in for a beer and hopefully some food eventually.
