The restaurant was not very busy at 2:30. We ordered our drinks and meals at the same time and all four of us enjoyed our meal. It was good value, with some 2 for £8.50 offers on the items we wanted to eat. We also had a beautiful bottle of Zinfandel Rosé for £13.95. There were many other drink options available, including Coca-Cola with free refills. Due to the time of day, not all desserts were available, likely because it was too early for lunch rush. Overall, the experience was very pleasant with good service from the staff.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The rump steak, gammon, and pineapple all came out burnt so I sent it back. When it came out again, the steak was undercooked and still had burn marks. I almost couldn't finish it, and my husband and I had a burnt taste in our mouths when we got home. I'm not sure what they are cooking the meat in, but it's leaving burn marks and tastes awful. The service was okay, but someone needs to clean the marked doors. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Although we encountered short staff and had to wait to be seated at the restaurant, the staff members who were working were incredibly kind and did their best to accommodate us. We decided to take our food to go with our young children since we couldn't wait any longer, but surprisingly, our meals arrived promptly and we all enjoyed our dining experience. We would consider returning to this restaurant, but hopefully during a quieter time with more staff available, as it was quite busy during our visit.
I went to this restaurant for tea with my disabled sister who struggles to move around. Despite the place being busy, they were able to accommodate us at a perfect table on the side. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our dining experience very enjoyable. We didn't have to wait long for our food despite the crowd. We would definitely return to this restaurant in the future, especially since they also offered us a 25% discount for our next visit.

Eating is always very good and service is quite decent waiting times depending on the demand at the time, but that is to be expected. my only problem is the availability at several locations items are not available due to storage problems I do not assume that this is the restaurants mistakes, but I would suggest to keep more storage so that customers can order exactly what they want and not compromise other than this beautiful place for a family meal
It was busy but the have carvery on today so am not surprised The menu has changed recently and it is a smaller menu but still lots to choose from. There reasonably priced and have refillable drinks so you get good value for money. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome and the food was very tasty and I had the carvery which was really nice and you could go up for more veg which is good so overall a nice family meal out
I often visit this restaurant on Wednesdays. It's a local gem with excellent value. I must give a special shoutout to Trish, who is the sweetest, most friendly lady. The restaurant deserves credit for having such amazing staff.
The staff is very welcoming, the food is delicious, especially the Indian buffet. It's a great deal for the price.
