I came here because I'm working away and was due to eat at the red lion but promptly got pointed in the direction of yeadon way due to them having staffing issues. Wow I'm so glad I did I cannot fault it, I've now been in the last 3 nights the food is so good and staff are also very well managed. On my first night here I was greet by a lovely girl named becky and she couldn't do enough to make my visit good she was well mannered and just so smiley and the food was delicious! So this is reason i came back again. The second night I came in I had to wait a little longer for food but it wasn't an issue because again it was super tasty. Came on Friday evening with a big group of us on the festive menu, food was lush and came out spot on, all staff was great always rushing around to provide for the customers, Lynda was brill with us and made sure our food was good, keeley on the bar was amazing what a character she is although did act professional while joking around with us, brill customer service skills especially this time of year when it can be very stressful hats off was even on the bar alone but still managed to smile and crack on, lovely experience Thankyou to the team on that night and I’ll be back with family in my next visit as I found out there’s a pay area too !!
This Premier Inn is just perfect, I came to have a really nice relaxing break that is exactly what I have had whilst being here. There are 3 staff members that I would like to be rewarded if they can be, as they just could not do enough for myself, as I am really quite badly disabled when I got here I was upgraded from the room that I had originally booked to a downstairs family room. The customer Service is just fabulous here, in fact its amazing in every way. The staff members names are:Tracy, Nat Alison.
this is the hidden missing lytham road bar. it's a bit of a search to find. they have to go to the bridge along the lytham road and then at the lytham ende in the largest parking lot in the world. I'm sure they can fit three or four genus beaches in the amount of blackpools it takes care of. cross it through the secret tor. or you could get the esso garage and switch off for the premier inn. the personal here is great and the service is great.

This spot is great for an easy meal and great customer service. Chris has exceptional customer service and always goes above and beyond to provide a warm welcome to customers. The food is always lovely and served well. Shout out to Naomi who was our server tonight; really lovely approach to her customer service, softly spoken and welcoming thank you!
We called in for the daytime menu same great tasting food same size portions same great service 2 for £11:49 Today we had tasha and Holly until Chris started just after we ordered but it doesn't matter who serves your table you will get good service wether you like it or not you even get free parking as a customer or hotel guest
Excellent and friendly service from the hard working staff even though sometimes they are hard pressed and short staffed Been going there regularly for quite some time. Never had a reason to complain with the food at all I always recommend to my friends with confidence
Regularly use Brewers Fayre Pubs, but the first time at this one, and Just had the best meal here, the food was spot on and the staff where amazing, really friendly and super helpful, we’ll defiantly come again the next time we’re in this area

What a lovely place, food was delicious! Staff very friendly. Special shout out to Chris for my birthday treat. Will definitely be going back and if you haven't already been then what are you waiting for!
