Horrible food. Fried pickles had about half inch worth of grease at the bottom of the basket like the cook didn’t drain them before placing them in the basket. My salad was so cold that it was almost frozen making it almost inedible. My friends burger came out cold some parts it resembled a cold temperature like it came out the fridge. The women’s restroom only had one stall that wasn’t locked and that toilet was so gross I couldn’t use it. Now I remember why I haven’t eaten here in years.

Worst service/management ever!! Ordered something and instead of telling me they don’t make the southwest egg rolls any more they just decided to order something in its place. Had to get up and get our own plates. Then we get our food and the bone in wings are smaller than the boneless. And so I ask for the manager and the manager has the worst attitude and just offered for a free desert for my next visit, like I am really going to come back here! DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!!!

Sour tasting beer, out of many menu items (some beers, curly fries), received different sides than were ordered, wings and fried pickles were cold when they came out, and took 20 min and multiple requests to get them to change a TV from horse racing to a Top 25 NCAA football game. From now on when I want wings I will be going to Wing Stop which is in the same Kroger parking lot.

kudos to the kitchen staff working on the last Sunday! They needed a little time to make my big order, but everything was fresh and as I wanted.
