My daughter had Sweet 16. She did not want traditional sit dinner, but more active and cool entertainment for high school children. The party room was perfect for her dream!!! We had 35 children. All had a good time bowling, playing at a billiard table and video games on a large TV screen or chatting. She made a video of her baby pictures projected in a large screen right next to the bowling alleys. (Mama and Dad have tear eyes) The owner Keith, two party coordinators Brandi and Erin were super professional and friendly to meet our needs. I just had my daughter's 5th birthday party in the luxury suite and the atmosphere was great. I was able to adapt their party to our wishes and our coordinator up to this point was wonderful. My only complaint was that the staff responsible for the party this day was not as prepared as I hoped; I wanted cake already on arrival and decorations / balloons already. I had to do all this when I arrived and our guests arrived at the same time. It may have been too much for a person to handle, but otherwise my guests were happy and especially the birthday girl was very happy, that is really all I was interested in at the end. We had the 12th here this weekend. My son's birthday party. The staff literally went beyond and beyond to make the day special. I loved not to worry about anything that leads to the day, and I could relax and have fun without worrying about something while we were there. Thank you.
