I bought their 100% rye bread yesterday, and it was truly excellent. The gentleman who served me was helpful, fast, and very polite. I plan to try some of their other breads soon, and the coffee. The bread that is sold in most Australian supermarkets should not even be called bread, as the vast majority of this junk uses old ingredients (sometimes frozen for literally years), and is full of nasty stuff such as canola oil, tons of sugar and salt etc. We should support independent bakeries such as Brezel Bar because they are doing a great service, and their product is fantastic.
I would give this bakery a 5-star rating if the staff member who was coughing had taken the day off to rest. It's such a pity because the food and drinks were excellent, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. To her credit, she did cover her mouth, but we couldn't endure hearing her cough every 20 seconds; it really impacted our dining experience. The management should have sent her home to recover.
Incredibly good location to have a small casual outing. The brezels (which are like the German version of pizza bites) were very tasty and not too oily.<br/ <br/ The coffee wasn't all that good probably should have had a German beer instead which stopped me from rating this higher.<br/ <br/ Fairly good value and lovely place overall!
The best Hazelnut Shake ever Suggested to us by our tour guide at Manly Beach area, so we dropped by try it out trust me, we were not disappointed at all. Amazing chocolate brownie and shakes. Awesome coffee very polite friendly staffI would go ahead 5/5 to this place

The coffee and sandwiches here are great. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh. The pretzel rolls are especially delicious. It's a perfect spot for a quick snack and a cup of coffee.
My German side of the family would be happy with this find. Superb quiet and friendly cafe near the beach, a nice secret spot to enjoy a fresh pastry and read the paper away from the crowds. Good find.
This charming little café offers a delightful selection of giant pretzels, German breads, and cakes, along with a variety of sandwiches. The coffee is rich and creamy, making it a tasty treat.
Delicious, freshly baked pastries, breads and cakes. The kids love the bretzels but my fav is the bretzel croissant! Gorgeous German breads too! Meticulously clean.

Good place to have a German snack. I am not a coffee drinker so I can't say any thing about this. However the Chai tea is great. Will be back.
