The food is lovely, and the delivery is quick—those milkshakes are heavenly! However, the prices are a bit high for what you get. For example, the popcorn chicken portion is small for the price, and the same goes for the burgers. The phone line is frustrating, and it feels like they’re missing out on a lot of delivery opportunities, especially since not everyone always has internet access for app-based ordering. Despite these issues, I would still recommend it. Also, I think Brian's American Diner could offer a wider variety of food. If they improve in these areas, they would definitely earn a five-star rating from me! xx
Food was quite nice, but a bit overpriced for what it was. However, arrived within time and hot. Disappointed having to pay delivery though when they advertise free delivery over £20, and couldn’t place order by phone as no answer, but automated message saying you can order by Just Eat!
