After a busy day, I made a reservation at Briars for dinner. The staff were attentive and showed a strong understanding of the menu and its ingredients. The menu is concise, yet it offers a great variety, and the food quality was exceptional. We shared several small plates that were packed with flavor, and the desserts were delightful. I highly recommend a visit to Briars. A big thank you to both the front and back of house staff; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
If you're at the Bay and looking for a more upscale dining experience, this is a delightful dinner spot. The menu was intriguing and offered many excellent choices; we particularly enjoyed the pork schnitzel and ricotta gnocchi, followed by a delicious crème brûlée for dessert. Although there was a large group dining that evening, the staff made sure we were well taken care of!
