I’ve been experimenting with bourbon lately, so I ordered the Connecticut Meets Manhattan cocktail ($13). It’s essentially an Old Fashioned with sweet vermouth added, and I’m not entirely sure what the Connecticut part of the name refers to. I might just be missing something there. My initial sips didn’t impress me, but it eventually grew on me—tasting like a really boozy cherry cola. I only noticed the literal cherry at the bottom after I finished my drink, which was a nice and flavorful detail.
We both ordered pizzas: I chose the Margherita ($18), while my mom went with the Classic Cheese ($15). Overall, I wasn’t a fan of the pizza, particularly the sauce. I’m generally not a fan of chunk...
This restaurant is plain beautiful inside and outside, very chill atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The food on the other hand was mediocre. Nothing to be wowed about and make you go back. Seemed slightly understaffed for a busy Saturday night and everything was taking forever, we were having hard time to get someone for drinks or water. Pizza tasted good (thankfully because anything taste good in a brick oven) but not very original. My burger was dry and the brioche bun seemed stale. I was really expecting more for the price and it just did not justify the amazing decor.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would. We waited over 30 minutes just to get an appetizer, while others who arrived after us had already finished their appetizer, main course, and dessert! The service was practically nonexistent. When our appetizer finally arrived, we had to ask several times for plates. Eventually, we got frustrated and had to repeatedly ask for the check as well. If you want to be ignored, this is the place to go, but if you want good service, go anywhere else. On top of that, the pizza was terrible.
Amazing food. Came with a group of 4, and we each tried something different. They also have great options for gluten free diets. Their Pizzas are amazing, and definitely their specialty. The overall restaurant is a little small, so coming with larger parties will be difficult, however it is definitely a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend, and will be coming back in the future.Vegetarian options: They were able to accommodate any of their pizzas with a gluten free crust.

The wood-fired pizza here is excellent, made with fresh ingredients. The oven was used skillfully, giving the pizza a nice char. I found the Margherita a bit heavy on the cheese and the sauce sweeter than I'm used to, but others in my group really liked it. The restaurant is well-curated and has a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the bar area, and there's a small but efficient fire pit at the back.
Unique pizza hangout with a warm, cozy, woodsy ambiance. In addition to the tasty tomato pies, the menu includes pasta dishes with any exemplary sauce. Generous cocktails complete the satisfying experience. A neighborhood keeper.
Excellent pizza again and again. If you appreciate fine crust wood fired pizza (instead of the usual greasy mess most places make), you cannot go wrong here! The sides, extras and salads are also top notch.
The pizza here is consistently outstanding. The menu offers great variety, and the service team is exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this spot whenever you have the opportunity.

Don’t miss the escarole and beans yummy! The pizzas naturally they’re excellent too. Service was good and friendly.
Great wood fire pizza all the same size (rather small), but excellent and authentic.
