"Great ambiance. Does get busy and loud but that is to be expected. Really nice craft beers. Their wings are excellent! They have a new recipe now and they soak them overnight in corn starch, makes them crispy and light! Love their burgers and their Shepperds pie is outstanding! Give it a try and enjoy!"

Went here A little while ago and was thoroughly disappointed, The host that greeted us was very kind and the rest of the staff was acceptable. The food was a bit pricey however the atmosphere was fairly nice , I felt a sense of uncleanliness while sitting at the table, however it was not to bad, nothing overly noticeable. Although the food was pricey it was good. The young man who brought us our entrées was not very personable, and didn't seem very considerate. He had dark hair and was quite tall. I understand he is a young kid however he should be taking a bit more pride in his job. Throughout the whole dinner I felt a sense that none of the employees wanted to be there. Unfortunately we ended up having an issue with our entrée and when we talked to the server about it, they proceeded to argue a bit so I asked to speak to their manager. It took about 15 minutes just to track down the manager, allegedly she stepped out, or was in the office. When I spoke to the manager she was extremely unapologetic and to be quite honest rude. Her name was Pat and she must have no clue how the service industry works. As somebody who has worked in the service industry for years, this was extremely unprofessional. And for such a simple mistake with our entree's the whole situation escalated quickly. I was just looking to have a nice date night out and instead left upset. I would definitely not recommend this establishment and I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

With new management, comes new changes, but what happened to the customer is always right? Glad to see the former staff was retained they are fantastic) but the new menu and jazz music is a bit pretentious for a neighborhood restaurant. I was not surprised to see four parties walk out on a Saturday after told that there are no substitutions- ever!!! i would like to say good Luck to the new owners but don't have it in me.

Very disappointed what has happened to this place. went here before a show at the paramount. We have been coming here for years. WTF. They dont brew beer anymore. The place is dirty and aged. The Beet Humus was disgusting. The wedge salad was good.. There are much better options to choose in this town. What a shame Brickhouse. Bartender was great. We will never go back. Very sad.

I can't believe I am writing a negative review for Brickhouse.. have been going there for years and it used to be great. But now... both the food and the service is terrible. It took 45 mins to get soup!! And the meal I got was awful. They dont allow any substitutions at all and they no longer brew their own beer fyi. Sad end to this place.
