Bricks Neapolitan Pizza

I can 't add much more than what 's already been said. We had 3 pizzas and a Boca Panini sandwich. I can 't recall every having Panini but I will say I 'm now trying to find another Boca Panini that what I had at Bricks. Absolutely one of the best things that I 've ever tasted in my life. The family really likes allt he pizzas too!

A gem in Hudson. Salads are fresh and unique, and all pizzas are amazing….but their specialty pizzas are out of this world, especially the fresh sweet corn pizza. Locally owned by a great couple who value customers and using fresh local ingredients. Five star.

Sweet Corn Pizza AMAZING! Freshly harvested sweet corn in delicate cream sauce with garlic, green onions, and crafted specialty cheeses on perfect Neopolitan crust. One of kind and truly delicious! Mange!

INCREDIBLE been a while since I’ve had Neapolitan pizza The Rico (white pizza w/ asparagus, bacon, onion) 5/5 stars The tiramisu is one of the best i’ve ever had

Brick’s serves fantastically authentic and excellent brick oven pizza and absolutely delicious salads!!! The owners/chefs are lovely individuals!
