Bricktop's Cool Springs

Nice looking place, always busy. We went for brunch. The host pulled some strings and got us an outside table, which was awesome. Outside was very nice! I got a **** Mary, was ok wouldn't get again. My fiance got the rosemary drink, was good and strong. The donut app was SO GOOD! I got the steak and eggs, was tasty. My fiance got the breakfast sandwich which she liked alot. The service was AMAZING! That's what really did it for us. I can't wait to try out the dinner menu. We will be back!

Made reservations for lunch thankfully or there would have been a long wait for a table. You can ask for things that aren't on the menu like prime rib for lunch and add a protein to any salad. The grilled artichokes are very tasty. The lobster bisque is a little heavy on the sherry but it doesn't take away from the flavor. The little gem salad was delicious with grilled shrimp on it. I ate every bite! The tuna poke bowl was delicious, but beware if you don't like spicy things.

A fine dine experience with good service and decent food . We got a couple of sushi and the shrimp crab salad and ended with some hot fudge dessert. The food came in quick and the servers were polite. But for me , its a one time experience, probably not going to visit this place again as it doesn’t provide me a unique experience for the price i am paying

First time here. Business lunch. Great service and delicious food. Wouldn’t normally order deviled eggs as an appetizer but so good! Ahi seared tuna was excellent.

Loved the chicken bistro and sides. Husband liked his grilled trout and side. Spinach dip appetizer was also great.
