--- My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged with customers, lacking eye contact and displaying an attitude that conveyed they couldn't care less. The food also left much to be desired; the chips were overcooked nearly every time I've visited and often contained undesired bits. Instead of focusing on the customers and monitoring the food being prepared, the staff appeared too absorbed in conversations with each other. I occasionally return, hoping for improvement, but I'm always let down. On one occasion, I even called to express my dissatisfaction after opening my order at home and finding it unacceptable. I called to place an order at 6:15 PM and was informed there would be a 40-minute wait due to being busy, which I didn't mind. However, when I called back at 7:20 PM, I was told the driver was on the way and would arrive shortly. By 7:45 PM, I still hadn't received my delivery, so I called again and suggested they cancel my order, as the food had already been in the driver's car for 30 minutes and was surely getting cold. At 7:55 PM, the driver showed up at my door, completely unaware that my order had been canceled. I usually enjoy dining with Bridie's, but after this experience, I won't be returning. The service was absolutely unacceptable.

order 2 fish suppers and more like fish batteries was burn and full off grease as for the chips well if u want call then as the same grease off cuts .. very disappointed best thing was put it in bin uneaten able

Phoned 15 minutes before due to close to place collection order of a bag of chips d go with the steak im cooking lol. Was told were closing soon sorry. 15 minutes time like. Come on bridies

Good chicken box. They do brilliant chicken nuggets, battered sausages. Decent beef burgers and chicken burgers. Chips can be hit or miss, sometimes perfect sometimes awful.

I have enjoyed an excellent meal every time I've visited this restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly, and the food is wonderful—the fish is absolutely to die for!

Went there last night, food was nice,big cod, but have to say the young guy who served us was just a pleasure! Absolutely good credit to his parents!
