Been here a few times now and done takeout, the food is THAT GOOD… The service provided by Chris was impeccable and the Brew burgers, brussels sprouts, vegan popcorn chicken, pretzels with beer cheese dip, Sriracha popper dip, and vegan Poboy were to die for. We did not enjoy the vegan phish n chips as they were greasy incredibly bland. Their homemade ketchup is fantastic! We don’t drink so didn’t try the beer.Our only negatives were that we didn’t find the spot conductive to conversation as it is extremely loud/noisy and we were there in mid afternoon. Unfortunately we found the chairs very low and hard and uncomfortable…so not the best for people with bad backs/knees or mobility issues. Pa...
I appreciate that the chefs at this restaurant put effort into creating unique vegan dishes, rather than just omitting ingredients from regular menu items. I also like that they frequently change up the menu, although sometimes this means my favorite vegan dish is no longer available. I have enjoyed dishes like the delicious jackfruit pizza, as well as the fried mushrooms and deep fried broccoli they have offered in the past.
While visiting from a location with more vegetarian options, we were thrilled to discover Bright Eye Brewing. Their menu features items like popcorn chicken and a po-boy made with oyster mushrooms. We tried their new vegan pizza, topped with plenty of veggies and three types of vegan cheese. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were welcoming. They even provided high chairs for families dining with young children.
The food and drinks at this restaurant are consistently excellent! However, the service is often lackluster. The servers I have encountered give off a sense that they see you as an inconvenience and do not check in on you regularly.

I had a great experience at Bright Eyed Brewing, where I was generously served with delicious beef dishes. The beer selection was outstanding and the food was excellent. Definitely one of my top favorite breweries.
I love a brewery that has interesting vegan options. You can get their Margherita pizza made vegan. Add fried kale. You won't regret it!
The beers at this restaurant are excellent, and the pizza is highly recommended. However, it is advisable to avoid ordering the gyoza.
Went for lunch with my wife, her parents and my parents. Food was very tasty and the beer was good too, would highly recommend!!
