I want to start by highlighting the positive aspects of this Irish restaurant that specializes in fusion cuisine. The ambiance is nice and welcoming, and the staff is attentive and friendly. However, the food did not meet my expectations. We ordered duck-fat fries, mussels, lo mein, and peanut butter chocolate mousse. The Nashville fries were overly spicy, and the mussels were unseasoned, with the addition of bacon being quite off-putting. The lo mein was probably the best dish we tried, but the amount of oil used was overwhelming. The dessert was decent, but overall, the fusion element missed the mark. I've visited Brighton Bodega several times, and it has been fantastic each time. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is served promptly. They have a rotating menu, which I believe changes weekly or monthly, and everything I've tried has been delicious. This week, we enjoyed Nashville chicken baos, pesto gnocchi, beef birria tacos, banana cream pie, and lava cake. Everything was wonderful, though I wish there was a bit more beef in the tacos. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and our server was exceptional. If there's a wait here, their sister restaurant Devlin's next door offers equally great food.

Brighton Bodega feels less like a traditional bodega and more like a laid-back spot that’ll make you say, “Wow, this gourmet dinner and drinks are absolutely amazing.” I’m a regular here and love trying something new every visit. Every time, I find myself thinking, “How is this even better than last time?” I was convinced the duck steam buns were the highlight of my life, but now this place has surpassed even that—it's better than watching Fight Club with my friends! Needless to say, I highly recommend Brighton Bodega. The drinks are fantastic, and the chefs consistently impress.

Have enjoyed coming here multiple times already. I think they do switch up their menus so sometimes when you go back looking to get something you ate/enjoyed last time, you might get disappointed. But the good thing is, it’s always interesting at least! I’ve had a really good meal here one night and then the next not as good. But I’m returning because they’re still enjoyable. Staff is also friendly and the restaurant is big enough where it’s not much a wait. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant

Brighton Bodega is one of my favorite spots in Boston. Their cocktails are excellent, the seating is comfortable, and the vegetarian menu is fantastic! The chef offers a special dish each week. My friends and I decided to go vegetarian during our visit, and we were amazed by the chef's creativity with vegetables. We went on a Friday, and although the restaurant closes at 10 PM, the bar stays open until 1 AM, giving us plenty of time to catch up.

I had my first visit to this restaurant and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the food. The menu is interesting and seems to change often. Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome. The portion sizes are definitely larger than what you typically get with tapas, which was perfect for our date night. We sampled quite a few dishes and left feeling very satisfied. I will certainly return!

I had an amazing experience at Brighton Bodega! Our server, Taylor, was excellent—super helpful and friendly. The vegetarian tapas were delightful, especially the quesadilla special for Taco Tuesday. The surprise beer and shot combo added a fun element and got everyone at the table talking. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Brighton Bodega is a charming restaurant with a thoughtfully crafted ambiance. We visited for a few drinks and appetizers, and the buns we ordered were incredibly tasty! I highly recommend both the drinks and the buns. Although it’s slightly more expensive than other nearby options, it remains an excellent choice for dinner and drinks. Réservez une table maintenant

Had the pleasure of having dinner here before a show. The drinks where well crafted and didn't disappoint. We ordered the Teriyaki Beef w/Jasmine rice, Nashville Chicken Buns and Brown Butter Asparagus. We devoured everything like we hadn't eaten in weeks. So Damned Good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
