Brigs restaurant was recommended to me by several friends, particularly this location, so I had high expectations. However, the food was not what I was expecting. The price was right on, but the taste was off. Improvements: The pancakes lacked a lot of flavor. I could tell that the batter did not have anything else other than water added--no buttermilk, regular milk, butter, or other ingredients that would bring some umph to the pancakes. You needed to add all of these ingredients on top in order to be able to eat pancakes as the taste fell flat without them. I absolutely love coming here for breakfast ?. Food is always delicious ? great portions and prices. Everything we ordered was fresh flavorful. The staff was extremely friendly. Our server got the food out to us really fast ? the waiter kept our drinks coming out without us having to ask for refills?? it?s plenty of food for the price well worth the wait for a table! ? This place is awesome I highly recommend brigs at the Forest restaurant to all my friends and family ???

So tasty! Got the feta, tomato, and balsamic avocado toast with poached eggs. Our server, Mia, was great! Had some questions about some menu items and she was happy to check on things to answer our questions. We had about a 35min wait after arriving a little before 11am, but it felt it went by quick. Staff was quick to flip tables after patrons left to seat the next group. Can't wait to go back and try some other things off the menu!

Group ordered take out from work. Great service, food was ready on time. I had the Bleu-Berry Hill salad. The raspberry vinegrette was a bit watery, but overall the salad was absolutely delicious.
