Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal im Brings nachdem wir schon sehr viel Gutes gehört hatten. Wir saßen im ansprechenden Aussenbereich und wurden von einer netten jungen Bedienung ausgesprochen nett,freundlich und kompetent bedient. Das Essen und der Beilagensalat waren köstlich und die Portionen groß. Vor dem Essen gab es verschiedene Brotsorten mit vier unterschiedlichen Dips und es gab auch noch ein ausgezeichnetes Amuse- Gueule... wirklich ein großes Lob an den Koch Kreativ und geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Weinkarte bietet auch eine tolle Auswahl an hochwertigen Weinen. Alles in Allem ein toller Abend mit hervorragendem Essen und hervorragendem Wein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
We had a sensational experience last night when we were in the Brings for the first time. If the card is already super-inspired by very creative dishes and the food can even be called superlatives, then you have experienced something special. The whole thing is doubled with an excellent service. It is rare to find such a good restaurant in the Cologne-Leverkusen area. A very large compliment to the young boss and owner!
Super tasty eaten and drunk! The freshly baked bread, the delicious dips, the greeting from the kitchen, the main course “duet of salmon with wild herbs”, with the matching white wine, was a treat for eyes and palates. The super food and a great evening was rounded off by the very friendly and competent service. A great restaurant to feel good.

We picked up food for 7 people last week and were all thrilled! Will be repeated this week. Thanks to the beautiful service and the good kitchen. We will come more often or as long as this is not possible due to corona, pre-ordering and collection of food!
