Brio Italian Grille Newark Christiana

I've been to other locations in this chain, but this was embarrassing. I'll start with the positives. The restaurant was clean and our waitress was nice. Now onto the bad. For the price you pay for the food, you'd expect it to be high quality. Sadly it seemed like our food sat out under a heat lamp. The pasta sauce was basically water. Everything was under seasoned and room temperature. It took almost an hour to receive our main courses. There were only like 4 tables including ours. Most of the staff stood around talking. Our waitress, while nice, checked on us once during our entire time at restaurant. Christiana has cheaper and better quality restaurants, I'd recommend avoiding this locati...

Micheal was the best server ever for my granddaughter’s first birthday party. So personable , attentive and amazing. We loved the restaurant, food and all staff.
