British Bistro - Réservation de table

This was our second visit to this Bistro. Sunday lunch is busy and noisy and a little too warm inside. Was advertised as having Sunday Roast at $25 pp choice of pork, beef or chicken served with roast potatoes, cauliflower au gratin( lacked flavor and needed more bechamel) carrots and broccoli. Also served with a huge Yorkshire pud. We were expecting this to be a freshly cooked butt of protein but were disappointed that it appeared to be re runs heated up with gravy- dry gristly pieces were not enjoyable. My quest to find a good Sunday roast continued this week. The British Bistro in Currambine was the next on our list after reading the impressive reviews on TripAdvisor. The problem I'm increasingly finding when going out to lunch and dinner is because my wife is such an incredible cook I'm often disappointed, and this was the case here too.I ordered roast pork and my wife had the roast beef. The portion size was very good, but the beef had quite a bit of gristle and both meals were very bland and not very hot, it's food hall standard. We ate at the British Bistro for brunch today with our 6 month old baby and it was great. I ordered one of the breakfasts and it was one of the best breakfasts I've had in Perth, and the staff were very accommodating and let my husband order from the lunch menu before 12pm. The cakes in the cabinet always look amazing but I'm usually too full to have one! Prices are reasonable and service is good, will definitely be back for more

We went there for a late breakfast in my case and an early lunch for my partner. My poached eggs were done to perfection. I also had a tast of the beer-battered chips that were nice and crispy. The beef sliders were something between a steak sandwich and a buger. We expected pulled beef, but they contained slices of roast beef and gravy; still very nice. The service was impeccable. My husband and I wanted a good breakfast after driving home from our long Easter holiday weekend. This bistro was busy but we were greeted at the door and had our order taken quickly. The delicious food was delivered to our table by a very friendly person. There was plenty of food and the price was very reasonable. We will certainly go back again.

We had dinner here last night with a group of friends will all enjoyed our meals very much. We found the prices very reasonable and the service was top notch. You can BYO if you wish too. We are planning to dine here again very soon. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited the British Bistro last Friday night (June 16th), for dinner and found the menu was definitely British. The food was excellent & quick & the Owner/staff made the experience even better!

Best meal we had for a long time out. Not deep fried heavy food. Lovely scampi and a great gammon steak. Service excellent and good selection of both food and wines. Highly recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Been here lots of times for breakfast and dinner. Service is always first class and the food is fantastic, great little restaurant with lovely decor. Will definitely return soon.

Have been to the British bistro now several times. The food is great and the staff are really friendly. Would recommend anyone trying it out.
