Brittany’s Brick Oven Pizza B Bop’s

Is a crazy chef's idea of a pizza joint. That said, the owner and chef is a crazy cool dude that makes up some really awesome brick-fired pizzas. I had one that was a homage to his Louisiana friend which was andouille sausage,and shrimp pizza. He had a special of spaghetti and meatballs that day. Didn't try it but looked awesome. Well worth the travel to Madison for this. Awesome little hole in the wall pizza place.Parking: He has a few places up front but more parking in the back

First, the owner is out of this worldIt is easy to tell he loves what he is going.He personally made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was good.Food: Our pizza was the best I have ever had.Service: I have never felt so taken care of in a restaurant. Top Notch!Next time we are in town, we will eat here againThank you for a wonderful experience.

Just picked up a pizza to go so I can't really speak to the atmosphere, but this was our first time trying this restaurant. We really liked it! They were super friendly on the phone as I ordered and when I went in to pick it up! The pizza was the best we've had since returning to Madison after almost 20 years away! We'll definitely be repeat customers!

Awesome food, the pizza crust is incredible. All the staff and owner were super friendly. Loved the music in the restaurant. Wish I was local so I could eat here more!

Best pizza in town. Owner is great and everyone very friendly. Highly recommend visiting this location. It's small but you feel welcomed. Been here twice in same day.
