Zum traditionellen Gericht in der Adventszeit (Gänsebrust mit Kartoffelknödel und Apfelrotkohl) sind wir hier eingekehrt. Das Restaurant wirkt von außen einladend, erinnert innen jedoch an einen eher an einen Gasthof mit eher derberem Interieur, das nur schwerlich Wohlfühl Ambiente aufkommen lässt. Der Service wirkte überlastet und deutlich unterdimensioniert. Dem entsprechend war die maximal durchschnittliche Motivation des Personal zumindest teilweise nachvollziehbar... Die Gänsebrust war geschmacklich in Ordnung, wenn auch keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Die Präsentation Anrichtung ok. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis allerdings nach unserem Empfinden verbesserungsfähig. Alles in Allem Durch...
24.12.2020: the pre-ordered gans have picked up for our dinner. even in these inexpressible coronary times, a Christmas event of the charming and very friendly staff became. many tasty supplements like green and red cabbage, many pounds and so bite in it have strengthened me to carry out the pickup. the pickup at the agreed time of the clock was at the place where our guests had a super dinner all were more than enthusiastic and there was only praise. we thank the entire team for the excellent work we wish them for the coming difficult time much strength and stamina. we are happy to support them and will say happy birthdays and thanks for everything!
on the occasion of my birthday, yesterday we ate eight in the scoring mill at lunchtime. the personal was nice and fun for one or the other. half the escape was okay, but the rouladen, which were also ordered by 3 of my guests, were a catastrophe. you could hardly cut them with the knife and not chew at all, and the sauce was also bad. we were not asked if it tasted, but still I told the waitress with a greeting to the cook. to the meat remaining on the tellers you had to recognize it. a answer was found guilty and the full price was also taken off. I was annoyed that we didn't just complain about the 3 rouladen and ordered something simple.
I'm very disappointed if it tastes or not, the service staff seems to care completely. we were looking for a place for a family-proof and the pictures and recessions sound promising. the menu and the environment was too rustic and not good enough. Nevertheless, we can sit nicely, because the beer garden goes back and you can hear practically nothing from the road. the service was very nice and attentive and also the food was good. for unobserved areas certainly a perfect place.
