The interior was quite bare and lacking in decor, but that wasn’t even the main issue. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, the food fell short. The salad that accompanied the meal was unappetizing in appearance, perhaps due to the presence of beets that gave the lettuce a brownish hue. It tasted just average.
The prime rib was mostly fat, with barely three bites of meat, and it was completely unseasoned. It was served in a pool of au jus that had no flavor whatsoever. My husband and I go here for all our special occasions, birthdays, New Year’s, even Christmas Eve. Always delicious and love their salad yummy. However, the Yorkshire pudding has not been good since late last year. Did the chef in charge of that bread quit? Someone there tried to get that bread out to the customers as best they could but bread a ‘deflated wet mess’ so disappointing. When we came back around Christmas and New Year’s, the bread was better, but not what it used to be. The YorkshirePudding is equally as important as the meat itself; one is not satisfying without the other. Will try again.
The food was horrible. The so called prime rib was horrible. I don't have a clue why people think this food is good. I also got sick later on that night. I will never go here again. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere was quiet but the food sucked. Truly a waste of money.
The food was both delicious and reasonably priced for what they offer! I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. My steak was cooked to perfection, exactly how I requested, and everything else was spot on as well! What more can I say?

Place has gone downhill. Charged us exorbitant prices for raw, fatty meat that looked like hacked up scraps for a dog. Waiter acted like we needed to prebook the baked potato ahead of time but managed to find some . The cheesecake tasted like freezer burn.
The prime rib was excellent, great flavor and very tender cut. The atmosphere takes you back to a different Era in dining out. I liked it a lot and would go back for sure.
I absolutely love going here! Food is great, service is great, and it's just an overall great place to go! Definitely recommend it!

Our server Katrina is excellent, she was very attentive of my family and I. She makes me wanna go back!
Service was good from the young lady. Nowhere near as good or as fancy as the house of prime rib in SF.
