Brobeck's Bbq - Réservation de table

The BBQ at this restaurant is decent, with an interesting but mild flavor. I was hoping to find a place that offered good smoked meat with hickory, mesquite, apple, or cherry wood, but the quality was just average, which was fine. The atmosphere had a cozy Small Town Diner feel and the location in Overland Park, Kansas was beautiful. The service, however, was a bit lacking for me and those around me, which was disappointing.

Took a day trip from St Joe to check out Brobecks. Good ribs and outstanding pulled pork. Very good sides. Took home a pound of their ham salad. Most excellent!! Kimberly was our server and she did an excellent job!! Well worth the hour drive to get there!!

I'm not from KC, but I'm visiting about 6 months to visit friends and we're always swinging by. This place is so good my grandma now requires that I pick up pork and BBQ sauce to bring it back in Illinois. Great food and great service!

I received excellent customer service when I picked up my delivery, and the food was just as outstanding. The burnt ends, smoked shrimp, potato salad, and coleslaw were all extremely delicious. I will definitely be coming back! Réservez une table maintenant

Always great! They serve you so fast, you can barely put back the menu before the food arrives. Super friendly staff too. And, of course, legit barbecue! Try the ham salad. You'll wonder why you hesitated!
