My partner and I make a hobby out of visiting restaurants and reviewing them. We usually email before hand and then share our thoughts with the restaurant however we thought we’d take a different approach this time! Brocco has been on our list for quite some time and after seeing their recent social media posts announcing a new chef and sharing photos of their new menu, we felt it was time for us to book in. we had a very pleasant meal here recently to celebrate a birthday. service was timely and eating delicious and varied. my only concern is with the concept and how it is delivered. yes, they get small dishes that are beneficial for them to choose to go on several different taste sensations at the same time. it is really a form of tapas, although they are not Spanish dishes. but do not think that because the courts are only half size (or even less) that they pay half price; no, they pay about two third to three quarters the price of what I have for a normal size court. a typical price is with other words, it works quite expensive, since each person needs two or three dishes to offer a main cou...

The restaurant has been disappointing lately. Upon arrival, the focus seemed to be on a table of 13 outside near the fireplace, leaving those of us seated in the main dining room waiting for service. I ordered the mushroom and cheese toast as a starter on Sunday 7/01/2024, only to find out last minute that there were no eggs, the main ingredient. The beef was undercooked, but overall it was okay in taste. It felt like they were rushing and short-staffed, not providing their usual 5/5 experience.

We went out for dinner with friends and shared 5 small plates prepared by Tom, along with 2 sides each. Every dish was excellent with amazing flavors. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. The room was great, very comfortable with a lovely shower. I was there on business and this is definitely somewhere I would use again. Breakfast was superb, I think that is possibly the best porridge I have had.
