Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery

Symmetry brings the vibes of SoCal to Bethel as they team up w/the green grunion to sling their signature burritos along side some hoppy suds. Being familiar w/ GG I was looking forward to checking out the digs here. The location is nice on a sunny day and the burritos never disappoint. My only gripe would be that the food feels like an extension of the original truck rather than a spin-off or one off based on the original menu items. But really thats more knit picking since the old saying if it ain 't broke applys here. Side note* these Hosmer Colas are figgin fire!!!

Big gastropub. Small inside, but bright and open, even to see how the trains pass. Nice selection of beer. We are part of the IPAs who were very good, but tried a flight and they were all good. The food was fresh and full of taste. Guacamole and queso were on delicious as our most important brunch dishes. Quesadilla was a bit too charred (the page was served on the plate and noticed when I took the first bite). Will definitely be back.

Service was great and very attentive. My wife is celiac and the server made sure that there was cross-contamination or not. Very reasonable in pricing and even offers take home Growlers. Steak Tacos were great (hot sauce is HOT and I like spicy). Will be back in warmer weather to sit outside!

Would return Great menu, great food and outdoor seating! Beer leaves much to be desired, though. Not for craftbeer snobs. With many breweries in the region, Broken Symmetry falls short with an apparent variety but many taste similar, malty : wahn wahn

The food was very good. Burrito was delicious. Queso Dip was the star.
