As for my veal sub, it was mediocre and lukewarm, while my husband's was tough and thick, rendering it nearly inedible. To add to the surprise, there was a cooked carrot in the sauce, which was quite unexpected. I'm really looking for more consistency from a takeout restaurant. Maybe the food quality is better when school isn’t in session. Overall, it felt like a $40 waste since the meal was hard to chew and not enjoyable at all. I won’t be ordering from them again. I rated it 3 stars because I had positive experiences in the past, but this last one was disappointing.
I ordered the house special pizza, leaving off a couple of toppings. The place had a wonderful aroma, and the prices were reasonable. However, our pizza had a burnt crust and very little sauce. The toppings were of good quality and well distributed, but we couldn't finish the pie because it was charred and tough. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but I'm not sure if we would try Bronx Pie again. As for parking, there aren't many spots available, but the ones right in front are quite convenient. Service was for takeout.
Fred is truly one of the kindest individuals I've ever encountered. Every time we place an order, he remembers my son and even surprises him with a gift! He pays attention to the little details. In my 34 years of life, I’ve never experienced such genuine kindness from a stranger. It’s such a breath of fresh air! Some people truly deserve recognition, and he is certainly one of them! Oh, and the food is fantastic too!
I visited this place with a friend after picking up some essentials at Home Depot. Despite being a hidden gem, the pizza was truly amazing. I've gone back twice since then and have never been disappointed. I'm quite particular about pizza quality, and they definitely deliver. The staff are authentic Italians, not just some imitation chain. I'll definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
I had an excellent experience at this pizza place! The pizza was fantastic, and the owner is an exceptionally kind and knowledgeable person. For my meal type, I went for takeout during lunch. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5. Highly recommend!
