To say I was highly disappointed with my experience here would be an understatement. I was with my family of 5 which included three young children and we did not receive communication from a staff member upon sitting down for 15 minutes and that was only because I got up to seek a staff member. At this point we ordered our appetizer, drinks and meals. Sadly, we did not receive our drink orders or silverware for another 10 minutes. Our food arrived in shifts and was not very good. We were unable to get refills on our drinks until we sought out staff. Plates were never removed from our table and our table quickly became cluttered. This diner is possibly the best anywhere. The food is of amazing quality and tastes great. It is a professional diner, the best of the best. I am still in the restaurant and felt compelled to write this review because I am so impressed. I highly recommend trying the pancakes with ricotta and blueberries, the breakfast burrito, and the vegetables. The service was excellent, the location is beautiful, and the atmosphere is fun!! I give the food a perfect 5 rating.

The food was satisfactory, but the main issue was that they added an additional gratuity without informing me. When the waitress brought the bill, I gave her a cash tip and she swiftly tried to collect it before I saw the total. This is not good business practice and has cost them a loyal customer. Adding a tip is fine, but deliberately taking more than twenty percent without my knowledge, on top of an additional 18 percent, is unacceptable.

We went on a Sunday morning after church. We got the last table before the line formed. We wanted a full breakfast, which seemed pricey but noticed a breakfast sampler. Had eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, home fries and pancakes! Just what we were looking for. Add 2 coffees and we were set and out the door for less than $50. A popular local diner with exceptional food and great service. I have breakfast or lunch here anytime I have a doctors appointment in Bronxville. The server was very rude and unprofessional. I observed them chatting with each other while guests waited to be seated. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible, but the atmosphere was nice.
