so we went to the brook and barter weeks ago and was owed pounds from a fruit machine.... one staff member took a photo and said dont worry we can get it to you in days.... a week went by and the...assistant manager said oh yes its in the safe and it cant be opened by me so u will have to wait more days for someone to get it out for you... (this was on the first week on a thursday)... i hear nothing so go back on saturday and then a guy says oh we can call you at today and u will get it... again nothig happens... so i private message the operations manager and he said we will look into it a week ago... and then said all his staff denied me coming in etc... but will still look into it... i fi...
Was very quiet as it was a Bank Holiday Sunday. The aircon was a welcome relief from the record temperatures outside. There was only one person behind the bar, Holly, but that was not an issue due to it being quiet. She was very pleasant...and helpful. The food was not bad at all. They had a couple of bank holiday specials and we had Two of their burgers and chips etc for the price of one which were every bit as good as Frankie and Bennys and much cheaper. Drinks were resonably priced as well.
Good drinks and real good atmosphere music wise... but unfortunately for a Saturday night it was rather empty on the bar floor... it’s a shame as it’s a decent place but not many seem to stop by this one... our group of friends stayed for...a couple drink and moved to a more lively location...
Called in for the first time in a long time, the site has changed hands set myself up to do some work and was pleasantly surprised to see there was a new sound system and TVs being installed as well as some cool...new artworks great service and nice atmosphere.

Popular town centre pub offering food and drink at incredibly competitive prices. We used a Groupon voucher towards a lunchtime steak meal and drinks. The food was beautifully cooked and the drinks were good too. Welcoming and attentive staff throughout.
I only came into on my walk home to warm up a bit Was very surprised and delighted with how warm and welcoming the staff and pub was. Really enjoyed my hot chocolate with a dash of hazelnut syrup will definitely be in again.
Quality of drinks was disappointing. Beer was off and the cocktails weren't nice at all. The service was rushed, machines weren't working properly and there weren't enough staff to serve all the customers.
Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing staff!! Good price and a shout out to the lady who served us holly, she really made the experience personal and went above and beyond for customer service.

Visited here for a long overdue night out, memories of dingy and sticky are gone, it was really good. Great music, good service and has had nice freshen/clean up. Will be back!
Cracking Sunday roast loved the choice of a large Yorkshire pud. I would highly recommend to anyone. And if your just out for a drink there is a great choice beers.
