Me and my wife go here a lot we are from Philly and love there pizza. Never had bad service until today. Asked for toppings and the one I wanted most was missing and if I am paying for it I would like it to be added. When it was missing my wife asked to have it fixed. As I could see the worker talking to the MAN making the pizzas about it as I watched and timed it the man was visible mad. More time goes by and still looking at it he finally decided to just throw on the missing topping and throws it back in the oven now the topping is not cooked right and the pizza is over done. I did not make a deal out of it there as I did not want to as I have had great time there many times before. After...
The pizza here is fantastic, but they really need to improve their phone service for orders. At the very least, they should be honest with customers. I completely understand that it's Friday and they're busy, but they should still answer the phone and inform customers about the situation. I tried to place an order at 5:30 PM on September 9th, but after being put on hold and dealing with a busy line, I waited for an hour. It was frustrating to witness rude customers during this time. I would have had more respect for them if they had simply answered the phone and explained that they were unable to take any more orders. Overall, the customer service is lacking!
The crust is fantastic—thin and crispy on the bottom, perfect for that satisfying crunch. The sauce has a subtly sweet flavor that pairs beautifully with the gooey cheese. Unlike many places that use conveyor belt ovens, this pizzeria employs a traditional stationary oven that really elevates the quality of their pies. We ordered an extra-large pizza topped with meatballs. The meatballs were thinly sliced and packed with flavor. Although our order arrived a bit cold, a quick trip in the toaster fixed that right up. We will definitely be coming back for more. Great job!
If you want authentic New York style pizza than look no further. The food is always fresh and the pizzas are made to perfection. Also even with the crazy price hikes everywhere this place still has a gigantic cheese pizza for 20 bucks and it is well worth the price. Have been coming here for years and even during covid they never faltered. This is my go to pizza place when I need that old school New York feel. Plus everybody is super friendly. Since moving to the area a few years ago, I have explored numerous pizza places, but this one has become my favorite for the highest quality pizza and ingredients. Their calzones are the best I’ve ever tasted, but I recommend sticking to four toppings or fewer. The customer service is excellent, and they really go the extra mile to resolve any issues that may arise.
Good NY style pizza, maybe a bit thicker crust, but good sauce and cheese. This style not everyone likes, I enjoy. Would go again. It needs a little sprucing with atmosphere and employees versus the small laid back feel. Little pricy, but ranch and cheesecake were good. Will return.
